CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask guests to cancel 72 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees and to allow the stylist to fill the spot with an adequate time allowance. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of the appointment you will be charged half of the scheduled service. Same Day cancellations and no shows will be charged the full price of scheduled service. Please talk to your scheduled stylist for any questions or concerns.
